Order of the Diamond Pin

An example of the pin awarded to Alpha Xi Delta women on the 75th anniversary of their initiation. This pin is no longer in circulation.

Charter Pin

An example of the pin worn by new members of Alpha Xi Delta who charter a new chapter, instead of the standard new member pin. The pin is a gold elliptical shape with the Greek letters Alpha Xi Delta raised and beveled upon it, encircled with a chain-link border.

Recognition Quill

This recognition quill pin features a gold quill with a single pearl. In the past, Alpha Xi Delta members could purchase recognition quills with a jeweled accent, such as the pearl seen here. These jeweled recognition quills are no longer available.

10K Gold Quill Badge with 19 Pearls and 1 Diamond, c. 1920

This unique badge features one diamond at the point of the Quill and 19 pearls. This badge belonged to Margaret Sutherland, a 1920 initiate of Nu Chapter at the University of Washington. The back is engraved with '23 to signify her graduation year and the Greek letter Nu.

10K Gold 15-Pearl Quill Badge, c. 1944

A 10k gold Quill badge with 15 pearls featuring a guard for Gamma Chapter from the University of Mount Union that belonged to Evelyn McKenzie, a 1944 initiate of Gamma Chapter. It is engraved on the back with the date "Feb. 20 1944" and the Greek letter Gamma.

Foundation Pendant

This Alpha Xi Delta Foundation pendant was worn by Mary Burt Brooks Nash. Nash, a high profile Alpha Xi Delta volunteer, served on the National Council for many years, including serving as President from 1957-1962.

Merry Stewart Quill Badge and Epsilon Psi Guard, 1969

A standard 10k gold Quill badge featuring the guard for Epsilon Psi Chapter at Boise State University. This badge belonged to Merry Underkofler Stewart who is a member of Chapter Eternal.
